Computer Art Using Word
The requirements for this course are no experience is necessary although
knowledge of using a computer useful.
Course Content
- Showing and hiding drawing toolbar
- Drawing shapes, e.g. rectangle, square, oval, circle, triangle
- Inserting WordArt
- Using the WordArt toolbar to customise WordArt objects
- Using the Autoshapes feature to create flowcharts, banners etc
- Changing Autoshapes
- Editing shapes:
- resizing
- deleting
- filling with colour, effects, pictures
- changing the line style and colour
- using 3-D with shapes
- using shadow effects with shapes
- Grouping/Ungrouping objects
- Aligning objects
- Rotating or flip objects
- Changing order for objects
- Using text wrapping features with objects
- End points and snap to grid features
