a basic knowledge of PowerPoint.
Course Content
- How to structure a presentation
- Using the master slide
- Create, edit, add and delete slides
- Add Clip-art, video and sounds files
- Add animation effects to objects
- Adding, editing and deleting graphs
- Adding, editing and deleting organisation charts
- Creating and using macros
- Applying and customizing design templates
- Using slide transition
- Variations on printing out slides, e.g. handouts, notes, etc
- Delivering presentation
